The Role:

We are seeking a skilled Talent Targeting Expert to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for identifying and sourcing top-tier candidates for our clients' open positions. You will leverage your expertise in Boolean search techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, and various candidate sourcing platforms to create comprehensive talent pools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute advanced Boolean search strategies to identify potential candidates across multiple platforms

• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and/or Recruiter Lite to find qualified professionals

• Operate metasearch applications such as Seekout to expand candidate reach

• Collaborate with the talent engagement and interviewing teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience

• Continuously refine targeting strategies based on data-driven insights and feedback

• Leverage Gen AI apps for targeting and sourcing where suitable

Requirements:

• Timezone: CET (+/- 3 hours)

• Proven experience in talent sourcing or recruitment

• Expert-level proficiency in Boolean search techniques

• Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and/or Recruiter Lite

• Familiarity with metasearch applications like Seekout or similar tools

• Bachelor's degree

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Top English and German language skills (C1+)
