The Role:

We are seeking a skilled Talent Interviewing Expert to join our dynamic team on a part-time freelance basis. This flexible role allows you to leverage your expertise while maintaining work-life balance. As a Talent Interviewing Expert, you will be responsible for conducting short prequalification interviews with selected candidates, answering their questions, and assessing their suitability for our clients' open positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct prequalification interviews with candidates identified by our talent targeting and engagement teams

• Assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for specific job opportunities

• Answer candidates' questions and pitch information about the role, company, and hiring process

• Summarize feedback to the client on candidate suitability

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless candidate experience

• Maintain detailed records of interviews and assessments

• Leverage Gen AI apps for asynchronous interviewing and documentation where suitable

Requirements:

• Timezone: CET (+/- 3 hours)

• Proven experience in conducting technical interviews or talent assessment

• Strong understanding of various technical roles and skill requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to ask probing questions and evaluate responses effectively

• Familiarity with video conferencing and Gen AI tools for remote interviews

• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities

• Bachelor's degree

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a freelance capacity

• Top English and/or German language skills (C1+)
