The Role:

We are seeking a skilled Talent Engagement Expert to join our dynamic team as a Talent Agent on a part-time freelance basis. This flexible role allows you to leverage your expertise while maintaining work-life balance. As a Talent Engagement Expert, you will be responsible for reaching out and communicating with potential candidates identified by our targeting team, aiming to attract them to our clients' open positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential candidates through structured, AI-supported communication methods

• Craft compelling messages to attract candidates to specific job opportunities

• Provide information about job roles, company culture, and career growth potential

• Address candidates' initial questions and concerns about opportunities

• Collaborate with the targeting and interviewing teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience

• Track and report on engagement metrics and candidate responses

• Continuously refine engagement strategies based on data-driven insights and feedback

• Leverage Gen AI apps for targeting and sourcing where suitable

Requirements:

• Timezone: CET (+/- 3 hours)

• Proven experience in talent engagement, recruitment, or similar roles

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences and platforms

• Familiarity with AI-supported engagement tools and CRM systems

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a freelance capacity

• Top English and/or German language skills (C1+)
