The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive our outbound sales efforts for our AI-powered talent acquisition services. This position can be structured as either a part-time freelance or a permanent role, offering flexibility to suit your preferences. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in the HR technology or recruitment services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our client base and increase revenue
Set sales targets and forecast sales performance to meet company objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
Lead outbound sales initiatives, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling
Collaborate with marketing to develop effective sales materials and campaigns
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics
Requirements:
Timezone: CET (+/- 3 hours)
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in HR tech or recruitment services
Strong understanding of the sales process from prospecting to closing
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions to potential clients
Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Top English and German language skills (C1+)
